Dr. Larry Kipp
Dr. Kipp received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Harrison Community Hospital, Mt Clemens, Michigan, and a Surgery/Trauma Fellowship at the University of Vienna in Austria. He went on to earn a Medical Degree (MD) from Grace University School of Medicine. Dr. Kipp is triple board certified in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery, Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Primary Medicine, and Wound Care and Management.
Dr. Kipp has served as the Scientific Chairman of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association, and as the Chairman of Podiatric Surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Florida Hospital and Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Kipp is currently on the hospital staff at Morton Plant, Mease Countryside Hospitals, as well as many local surgical centers.
He is Co-Medical Director of Molecular Labs USA, and oversees a private medical charity for the advancement of wound care and fall prevention.
Dr. Kipp has authored multiple articles in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery. He has lectured in Austria, Canada and throughout the United States.
He enjoys many sports and was a founder of the Gasparilla Distance Classic. He began studying the martial arts while in high school in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and continues this study today. He holds a 5th degree black belt in Uechi Ryu Karate.
Dr. Kipp graduated from the University of Michigan and is an avid fan of all Wolverine teams. He continues to hold season tickets for football, traveling to Ann Arbor several times a year for the games. Go Blue!
Dr. David Allen
Dr. Allen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and his graduate studies at the Temple University of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Bronx, NY. Dr Allen has had his New Port Richey practice for 13 years and a satellite office in Palm Harbor for 10 years.
Dr. David Collum
Dr. Collum is originally from West Point, PA. He graduated from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine/Orthopedics at Temple University Hospital, and his surgical training at HealthSouth Roseland Surgical Center. Dr. Collum has worked for KG Health Partners, Inc. for the last 13 years in the West Central Florida area.
Dr. Collum is interested in hydroponics and organic food production. In addition, he practices Bonsai, the Japanese art form of using trees grown in small containers. He has been the President of the Hukyu Bonsai Socities of Tampa and Clearwater. Dr. Collum is also a fan of Kayak fishing.
